Job Description

We are seeking 2 Diesel Techs in the Meridian Mississippi area for a large transportation company 

We have openings for a Strong A or Strong B Tech.   Open to either 

You will be working with a great team of industry experts.

We are open to pay
Ideally $37/hr but will entertain higher pays too

Major Responsibilities
 
  • Performing diagnostic tests on diesel vehicles to find faults.
  • Analyzing diagnostic test results.
  • Repairing or replacing engine, steering, transmission, braking, or lighting system components.
  • Maintaining and repairing diesel engines in heavy-duty equipment.
  • Diagnosing mechanical issues.
  • Performing regular maintenance.
  • Fixing necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Using various tools and equipment, such as hand tools, power tools, and computerized diagnostic machines.
  • Performing welding or fabrication tasks on trailers and other equipment.
  • Preparing work orders and ordering parts.
