Job Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
- Change management lead role for Applications. ER’s. EWO’s, CSD’s, etc. All CV plants will be part of this lead role.
- Support manufacturing processes, program changes, EWO, ER, and many changes within Applications group.
- Assist in all phases of customer current and future programs / projects
- Facilitate internal communications between Engineering, Sales, Quality, Warranty, Manufacturing and Assembly for specific programs / projects
- Champion Engineering change requests and submit PPCRs & deviations as required.
- Facilitate the implementation of design changes, cost savings and new model launches at customer.
- Work within the customer systems to update and release drawings, models, BOMs, and specifications for the products.
- Create customer ECNs
- Perform Dana product application analysis for customer vehicles.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of customer assembly plant build issues and assist with resolution of field, warranty, and quality issues.
