Job Description
We are seeking a strong professional Customer Service Representative for our team in Apple Valley MN that is also open to doing spot Local Deliveries too.
The Local Deliveries are only every so often, but we need the role to be a backup to the every day driver.
You will be responsible for helping customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
Along with
Duties of the Driver are as follows
- Safely driving a small to medium-sized vehicle, usually a truck, within a limited area.
- Loading and unloading payloads.
- Keeping accurate records of miles driven, deliveries made and inspections performed.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Accepting payments for delivered items.
- Fully understanding how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle.
