We are seeking an experienced Route Supervisor that has been involved in the training and development of Route Supervisors for the field. Ideally, we would like the position to be in or around Nashville TN and be open to travel
10+ years of Route Supervision and 2-3 years of Training and Development
Duties centered around the Route Operations
Facilitating engaging classes
Pay around the $105K Mark

- Identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for the learner
- Evaluating skills and attending to the learner's challenges
- Organizing training materials and scheduling training sessions
- Submitting timely reports to the management on progress
- Evaluating employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking
- Creating training programs to address skill gaps in employees
- Preparing learning materials for programs
- Developing onboarding programs for new employees
- Conducting surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs
- Researching new teaching methods
