Position Responsibilities

Manage sales office operations.

Prepare daily reports and documentation for the sales team.

Develop and manage an administrative staff.

Act as liaison between vendors and customers through phone and email communication to support the sales team in building market share.

Help manage facility conditions by conducting regular building audits and ordering office supplies as needed.

Handle office timekeeping and payroll functions.
