In need of someone being able to oversee Shop operations. Help mentor technicians as needed, assign work orders, etc. and perform more in-depth repairs
We are seeking a Sr Waste Industry Fleet Manager to work within a massive nationwide transportation company. Looking for someone who can be relied on daily to assist in overseeing this vital shift.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to lead and mentor Technicians. Maintain shop flow.
- Assign work to Technicians.
- Completes all required paperwork in a timely and concise manner.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and performs repairs and maintenance on all equipment to maximize safe and productive operations
- Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair Suspensions
- Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair Brake Systems
- Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair Electrical Systems
- Proficient in the use of Diagnostic tools with the ability to interpret and make repairs from Service Manuals
