Vitus Search Group has partnered with a local trucking firm seeking Dispatchers in Jacksonville FL
We are seeking 1 at this time and we are open to all levels at this time
Ideally 7+ year of experience working with Trucks and Drivers
Pay up to $80K ideally but open to talking depending on experience

- Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes
- Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered
- Providing shipping details to customers
- Reviewing logs of truck drivers
- Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
- Completing paperwork related to shipments, such as invoices
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Negotiating rates and delivery timelines
