Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Executive to manage and grow a large, complex book of business averaging $1.5MM+ in annual revenue. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with strong relationship management skills and experience servicing sophisticated accounts—preferably within the transportation, cargo, or shipping industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large, complex client accounts
- Manage day-to-day servicing needs while delivering a high level of strategic advisory support
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery
- Identify opportunities for account retention, expansion, and cross-selling
- Prepare and present client reviews, performance reports, and renewal strategies
- Travel to client sites and industry meetings as needed (up to 25%)
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a book of business of $1.5MM+ in revenue
- Experience servicing large, complex accounts required
- Proven Experience with C-Suite
- Strongly preferred background in the transportation, cargo, or shipping industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
