Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Tacoma, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving mechanical challenges, and wants steady, long-term employment with a team that values their expertise.
As a Diesel Mechanic, you’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on diesel trucks and equipment. You’ll work with modern tools, a supportive crew, and a clean, professional shop environment. We believe in giving techs the space to do their best work—no micromanaging, just real support and steady workflow.
What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, drivetrains, brakes, and hydraulics
-
Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and safety checks

Use diagnostic software and shop tools to identify mechanical issues
-
Document work performed and communicate clearly with the team

Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace
-
Experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Diesel Technician
-
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dependable work ethic and attention to detail
-
CDL or ASE certifications are a plus but not required
