Technician Responsibilities:
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Training in shop during a probationary period and then move to service truck
  • Initial triage and repair paths for customer units
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines for all repairs
  • Complete job write-up to include clear description of cause and correction
  • Meet customer commitments
  • Quality workmanship, strive for zero comebacks
  • Always use proper safety procedures, avoid preventable accidents and injury
  • Willing to lead and train team members
  • Proper use of tools and equipment, avoid preventable damage, replace when finished
  • Proper handling and storage of warranty parts
  • Customer Service skills are required due to encountering customers on the job

Technician Requirements:
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to be on call
  • You supply the drive, the will to learn, and we supply the training
  • Our locations are Certified Uptime Centers
  • Manual dexterity necessary to use required tools and equipment
  • Must be able to life at least 75 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High School Graduate (GED equivalent)
  • Owns hand tools needed for skill classification
  • Exhibits pride in personal workmanship
  • Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive attitude
