We are URGENTLY seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead field teams, drive safety initiatives, and ensure exceptional service performance.
Located in the Sarona, WI area
Up to 85k, plus bonus
What You'll Do:
- Supervise drivers and operations staff
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Optimize routes and improve efficiency
- Resolve operational and customer service issues
- Coach, train, and develop employees
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Route Supervisory or Route Management experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or related industries
