Regional Route Supervisor - $105K with Bonus
This position will be managing and overseeing various Route Supervisors in Southern Half of Florida
We would like to find someone in the West Palm Beach FL area or Boca Raton FL Area that is open and able to travel
We recently placed the same role in Louisiana and looking to duplicate that here
The various Route Supervisors have the following duties
Key Responsibilities:
You will be working with the community so this prior experience will help the learning curve of the role

- Oversee daily Route operations such as route efficiency, route scheduling, opening and closing of departments.
- Route planning for new routes and rebalancing existing routes.
- Assist the management team in the selection, training, placement, safety, appraisal, and discipline of assigned personnel.
