Job Description
Company is in search of someone to join our team as a Service Advisor at our Duncan location. Company is a Full-service Truck Dealership and represents Mack, Volvo, Isuzu, Cummins, and TICO.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Facilitating customer repairs
- Greeting Customers as they enter the service department
- Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
- Ensuring that customers understand the process from start to repair completion
- Preparing paperwork for customers
- Managing several computer systems simultaneously
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Service Advisor Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Graduate (GED equivalent)
- Has a great personality
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organization skills
- Detail oriented and flexible
- Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive attitude
