Technician Responsibilities:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Training in shop during a probationary period and then move to service truck
- Initial triage and repair paths for customer units
- Follow manufacturer guidelines for all repairs
- Complete job write-up to include clear description of cause and correction
- Meet customer commitments
- Quality workmanship, strive for zero comebacks
- Always use proper safety procedures, avoid preventable accidents and injury
- Willing to lead and train team members
- Proper use of tools and equipment, avoid preventable damage, replace when finished
- Proper handling and storage of warranty parts
- Customer Service skills are required due to encountering customers on the job
Technician Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Willing to be on call
- You supply the drive, the will to learn, and we supply the training
- Our locations are Certified Uptime Centers
- Manual dexterity necessary to use required tools and equipment
- Must be able to life at least 75 pounds
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Graduate (GED equivalent)
- Owns hand tools needed for skill classification
- Exhibits pride in personal workmanship
- Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive a
