We are seeking a Sr Workers Comp Claims Adjuster with experience in Workers Compensation Claims to work within a nationwide insurance corporation helping and supporting the injured worker, their employer, and the insurance company to protect everyone's interests.

**MUST BE LICENSED AND HAVE EXPERIENCE AS WORKERS COMPENSATION/LOST TIME CLAIMS ADJUSTER in California**
Duties:
- Investigate and evaluate workers' compensation claims to determine coverage, liability, and potential fraud
- Review medical records, interview claimants and witnesses, and gather evidence to support claim decisions
- Analyze and interpret workers' compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with legal counsel, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to resolve complex claims
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Prepare detailed reports documenting claim investigations and decisions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other junior claims adjusters
