Vitus Search Group has had the privilege of working with a massive Healthcare Firm out of St Louis MO over the last year and we are only getting started
We are in search of multiple Utilization Review Directors across the nation today.
Today, we are seeking a Utilization Review Director in the Scottsdale AZ area
FT Role and pay is set at around $110,000 with bonus
Utilization Review Directors typically work in healthcare facilities such as hospitals clinics, or managed care organizations. They play a crucial role in ensuring that healthcare services are delivered efficiently and effectively, balancing patient care with organizational resources. Their work often involves collaboration with various departments, including clinical staff, billing, and compliance teams.
This role is vital for maintaining the quality of care while managing costs and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management - Directs the Utilization Review Staff and functions by establishing policies and procedures that align with best practices
Utilization Reviews - Manages both concurrent and retrospective reviews to ensure patients receive appropriate care in a timely manager Working with Cost Effective manners to reach one's goals
Collaboration - Works closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to improve service utilization and ensure compliance with medical necessity criteria
You will be managing 6 + professionals as well
