We have been asked to find a Vice President of Engineering for a wonderful client of ours
The position has a pay scale around the $235K mark and comes with extensive bonuses and perks
The Vice President of Engineering is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of an organization, leading the engineering team, and aligning engineering projects with company goals. Key Responsibilities

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on project goals.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets for engineering initiatives and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical direction and support to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of code quality.
