The Vice President of Engineering is responsible for overseeing all Technical Aspects of the organization Key Responsibilities
Ideally would like the role to be filled by the beginning of March 2026

- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the technology strategy in alignment with the company's product vision and long-term goals.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Project Oversight: Oversee engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on project goals.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets for engineering initiatives and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical direction and support to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of code quality.
